Prime Cleaning LLC Terms of Service

Welcome to Prime Cleaning LLC. The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Prime Cleaning LLC (“Prime Cleaning,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“you” or “your”). These Terms are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Prime Cleaning LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, and any changes made.

Booking Appointment

By booking an appointment with Prime Cleaning LLC, you agree to pay the agreed costs of the service prior to or at the time of the rendered service. Payment may be via cash, money order or credit and debit card, or any other method as mutually agreed to by you and Prime Cleaning LLC. You understand and agree that full payment is due prior to or at the time of service, and that failure to make payment within 30 days of the service date may result in legal action taken against you by Prime Cleaning LLC.

Provision of Service

Prime Cleaning LLC reserves the right to deny service to any individual or business for any reason as determined in the sole discretion of Prime Cleaning LLC. We will notify you if we refuse service after you booked a cleaning with us.

You acknowledge that Prime Cleaning LLC services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Prime Cleaning LLC shall use reasonable care in performing our services and reasonable means to ensure the quality of our services.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must inform us within 24 hours of completion of the service in order to resolve the issue. Prime Cleaning LLC reserves the right to inspect the services performed and determine whether a resolution is possible. If a resolution is deemed reasonable, we can arrange with you a complementary follow-up service. Please note that we will not refund any previous payment, and any follow-up service is subject to availability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Prime Cleaning LLC operates. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be litigated in the courts located in the referenced state.

Requirements

We require that all customers be polite and courteous, and never disrespect any of our employees before, during, or after services are provided. This is to ensure the safety and security of our employees. Additionally, the customer must provide us with all necessary access to the premises to be cleaned. To assure high quality and avoid cross-contamination, we suggest you provide all types of towels and rags for polishing or cleaning the floor and any other products needed for the service.

We Prime Cleaning reserves the right to take photos before and after performing the services for documentation and filing of information purposes only. The photos taken by Prime Cleaning LLC will only be shared with written authorization from the owners’ place.

It is a requirement that an adult resident will sign a work description that was performed after the service has been completed. In the event of no one being present at home, two other people present will sign it as proof of the service being done, including whoever did the work.

Other Terms

All services provided by Prime Cleaning LLC are non-refundable. Except if canceled within 24 hours of booking. The customer must write an email to info@weprimecleaning.com in order to proceed with the return. Please, See customer satisfaction above.

Prime Cleaning LLC will not be held responsible for any damage sustained due to pre-existing damage or other conditions of the space that we are providing services for.

Prime Cleaning LLC reserves the right to terminate any agreement without prior notice in the event of any misconduct by the customer.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, upon notification of the customer through our website or email.
